Mahindra Sanyo Special Steel Private Limited (MSSSPL), is a joint venture entered on 5th September, 2012 between Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (51%) India, Sanyo Special Steel Co., Ltd (29%) Japan and Mitsui & Co., Ltd (20%) Japan.
With effect from 21st June, 2018 the shareholding in the Company has been changed with Sanyo Special Steel Co., Ltd. (51%), Mahindra & Mahindra is holding( 29%), and Mitsui & Co., Ltd is holding (20%) in the share capital of the Company. Due to this change the Company has become subsidiary of Sanyo Special Steel Co. Ltd., with effect from aforesaid date.
